Condominiums for investment in Pattaya

I compared many condominiums for investment in Pattaya's downtown and Pratumnak Hill areas, and finally, I have booked one room at this condo because of its location. The area is pretty peaceful and private suitable for living. I think it has the potential to be developed in the future. It's just 200 meters away from the main road, so it's quite convenient to travel around. To Dongtan Beach, it takes only 7 minutes and 8 minutes to Jomtien Beach. A bit faster if you want to get to the town, it's 6 minutes, I reckon. That's from my previous survey. Another reason is the price. I think this is a worthy new-launched condominium. I have booked a one-bedroom unit starting from 2 million baht about the living area at 30 sq.m. The facilities are quite complete. I can see an opportunity to rent it out. Now, the project is under construction, expected to be completed in 2021. Plus, I follow the products from this developer for a while as he gains fame of the property's quality and positive feedback. The staff gave useful information so that you can contact them for more info. If you are looking for an affordable quality condominium, it must be Siam Oriental Star!
