I'm renting a 2 bedroom unit in this project. The project offers 100% comfort, a good location, complete facilities, and lovely neighbors. Plus the room is nice. Nothing could be better than this. Let's start with the location of the project. It is on Rom Klao Road near Suvarnabhumi Airport. It's convenient to travel to other provinces. Traveling to work is super convenient because Lat Krabang ARL is only about a kilometer away. The neighborhood is surrounded by restaurants, shops, Airlink Park, Community Mall, Big C Romklao, and Lotus Minburi, which is not far from the condo. Besides, the project also provides complete facilities, such as a swimming pool, a green area for recreation, a fitness center and a security guard on duty 24-hour. The room is well designed, spacious, and decorated in a modern style. There is a function that perfectly supports the use of the residents. The rental price is about 12,000 baht per month, considered a reasonable price.
