The complex features all the infrastructure expected from a high-quality hotel: gym, saunas, café, restaurant, bars, co-working space, kids’ room, parking, security, and reception. The rooftop of the tallest building is fully accessible and features another swimming pool, a sunbathing area, and a lounge zone with chairs and tables. From there, you can enjoy impressive views of Surin and Bang Tao!   The apartment has a total area of 36 sq.m. It is located on the 2nd floor of Building A (also referred to as Building 1).   The layout includes an entrance hall, kitchen, living area, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony. Each room is compact but thoughtfully designed and comfortable for 1-2 people. The bedroom can be separated from the living area by sliding glass partitions.   The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances. It is currently in very good condition, and soon will be in excellent condition. In the next 2-3 months, cosmetic renovations will be done, and a washing machine, microwave, and a two-burner electric stove will be installed.   The windows offer a view in the direction of the sea (a small part of the sea is visible). On this side of the Mida complex, there are no construction sites or mosques, so the apartment is quiet.   The owner resides in Russia and is open to payment not only in Thai baht but also in Russian rubles. If you also live in Russia, the entire transaction can be completed remotely, without the need to travel to Phuket or transfer money internationally.

    We spent about ten days at this resort . It is a brand new resort overlooking the beach , amazing area with beautiful fully trained staff. We were so much spoiled and enjoyed our vacation to the fullest. The food is great and just steps to grocery and beach and night clubs. Thank you for having us

    The project here was completed several months late. The land size is relatively small when compared to the number of rooms. The decoration is very nice, and luxury and the staff are extremely helpful. The balcony offers beautiful views from Surin Beach. I think there are quite a lot of bugs and mosquitoes here. The stairs are also without handrails, not suitable for the elderly. The entrance is rather small the alley. Also, there is a market and an interesting community. It is close to Catch Beach Club and only 1 kilometer from Surin Beach. You can use the shuttle bus service to the Surin and Kamala Beaches as well. Overall okay, worth the investment. It is a good accommodation near the beach.
