I lived in this project for over 2 years. It is a great gated community just off of the main road in Kamala. Accessing the development is easy as it is just a few hundred meters from the high street. The development is a mix of smaller 3 bedroom villas with no pools and larger 4-6 bedroom villas with private pools. Good mix of long term rental tenants and owner-occupied units and some short-term rentals. Great project for small families as safe and secure.

I rented this place to stay with my family. It is a 3 bedroom house which is so spacious and private. There is a shady garden in the house that makes me feel relaxed. There is a private swimming pool that my children love. The interior is unique and exotic for foreigners like us. Within the project, there is a clubhouse and swimming pool. The staff here always kept the area clean. The security system is standard. There are guards to take care of us for 24 hours. It's easy to get around as you can walk to Kamala Beach, for 4-5 minutes, I guess, you can find good restaurants and cool beach clubs along the beach. If you want to get to Patong Beach, Surin Beach, or Phuket Town, I recommend you rent the car. It's much more convenient. The price of this place is reasonable. I will come back again next time.
