Quiet village with an expansive project area

This village is tranquil. The project site is spacious surrounded by lush green nature. The villa comprises a private pool, and there are as many as 4 bedrooms, ideal for the family. We bought a resale villa, which is okay as a spacious living area, quality, and usable furniture. Besides, it is close to restaurants and convenience stores, very convenient to go everywhere.
Villas in the Phuket suburbs, only 20 minutes to the beach

This villa is near the golf course and not far from Bang Wat Dam. If traveling to Patong Beach, it takes about 15-20 minutes by car. The villa is quite old and not renovated. So it looks a little ancient. The first time I moved in, I bought additional furniture to decorate. Now, it is more comfortable. Overall, the location is okay and convenient for traveling !!

Although the village here is not new, the project is very livable. Relatively quiet and not busy. The location is good, close to the golf course. Going to Patong or into town is also convenient. Also, this neighborhood has a lot of restaurants. Most of the neighbors are older people living since the opening of the project. They're very friendly. The village's road is very wide, and the security guards take charge for the whole day, which really gives me peace of mind.

If anyone is looking for a villa, I recommend Anuphas Golf Ville, a villa nestled on a private golf course in the heart of Kathu. The interior uses standard materials to decorate a luxurious design with in-room facilities such as a private pool and a standardized kitchen fully equipped, designed to make every area usable. I was not disappointed that I bought this villa to live with my family. Additionally, the villa is not far from Central Festival Phuket and Prince of Songkla University. It is a very good location, definitely worth buying.
The project is in a convenient location. The monthly rental price is reasonable.

The project's location is perfect for my family. Central Festival Phuket, Makro Kathu, the fresh market, and the university are all within walking distance. Plus, going to Patong is also convenient. There is a reliable security system and a guard for 24 hours. The house has two stories with three bedrooms, parking, and a small yard, but enough for my dog to run around and play. The house is well-maintained by the owner. Some pieces of furniture are provided. The rent is reasonable; in fact, it is excellent.

The two-story 4-bedroom house here is vast with good-condition furniture available, but not in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped with western equipment. The swimming pool and the garden are not very large but clean and well maintained. The project provided enough parking spaces and wide roads. Good location in the Kathu district is quite convenient to get to the city or Patong Beach.
