A balanced, well rounded Gated Community compared to others

The project age is around 15 years old. While not new, it is a well-rounded community with good condition of common facilities. Cleaning is adequate. Fees are on medium range considering that the new projects even from brands are usually located near slums or working camps, noisy dirty roads, etc. This area is separated all around from such problematic zones, which is great. The location is one of the best since it is the middle of the island, 10-15 min drive to Central, BKK hospital, Old Town. Most of the beaches are also easily accesable.There is also a bypass through British international school which makes it easy to get to Bang Tao are, but you have plenty of options to go anyway. No noisy tourist is a plus. One downside is a Golf Players going around, posing albeit low, but nevertheless a safety risk

one of the best locations in Phuket. it has the golg course in front of the house. it is near shopping and hospitals. it has restaurants and bars nearby. and is located in the middle of the island, so you reach every corner of the island in acceptable time. Patong is 15 minutes away, the airport 40 minutes. And not that many tourists in this area too.

It is a secluded villa with excellent security. The villa includes two master bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen set. It is located in a vast golf course area. If you like to run or exercise in the morning, I think the weather here is great because the villa is next to the lake, garden and near Phuket town. There are many markets and shopping in the neighborhood. Anyway, I recommend having a private car to travel because it is very convenient, only 7 kilometers away from Central Festival Phuket.
