The house has a spacious area but far from Pattaya city.

The village here is about 15 kilometers close to Pattaya City. However, it has many facilities in the neighborhood, whether a fresh market, supermarkets, and restaurants. The house has a wide area, but the inside is quite old, like it's never been renovated and maintained. Anyway, It is located in a good and quiet location, suitable for people who do not like chaos.

I bought Baan Huay Yai Villa and rented it out. The atmosphere here is quiet and suitable for true relaxation. The villa is spacious, and there is a private pool. The interior has all the amenities. Since I rented it out, many customers decided to rent, and they all are impressed. The customers told me that they would rent here again if they have a chance to visit. Most of the customers who come to rent are foreigners who come to Pattaya and want a tranquility place. So, they chose this place to stay with their family. The location of Baan Huay Yai Villa is located in the alley, not far from Pattaya city. It is considered in the middle of various tourist attractions; it is said that we can go to Pattaya city by a private car only 20 minutes while the nearest beach and sea takes about 12 minutes. The closest beach will be Jomtien beach and Bang Saray Beach. Besides, some shops and restaurants facilitate all residents conveniently, making it very easy to come and relax.
