I moved into this house 1 year ago. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the village atmosphere, which is quiet, clean, and secured. The house is in a modern style and unique. It has 3 bedrooms, which is a functional floor plan. The bedrooms are quite wide, with sexy-bath bathrooms. The materials are also quite good, and the house is airy and bright because there are many large windows. Shame that the garden is too small occupying the frontage.

The house in the project comprises 4 bedrooms. I like modern design. The house has a spacious area. There is also a village club, complete facilities, including gardens, playground, swimming pool, and fitness room. Anyway, I feel that there will be a lot of people in the evening and the exercise equipment is not enough for the number of residents. It is a good location near Suan Luang Rama IX, and walking to Big C Market is just about 5-10 minutes and only about 5 kilometers away from the railway market shopping center.

I bought a house at the Nirvana Beyond Suanluang Rama 9 project, which is really impressive because it is a good project with a house structure that is strong and standard. Besides, the design is attractive, and the interior is elegantly decorated. It is 3 bedrooms which are spacious enough for my family. Moreover, there are also common areas such as a clubhouse, saltwater pool, fitness center, and playground. Apart from that, it is close to Udomsuk BTS station, only 12 minutes traveling. It is also near the Si Rat Expressway. Therefore, it is convenient to travel by both public transport and private cars.

I bought a 3-bedroom house to live with my family. The house is with a beautiful design, well decorated, and quality materials. The area in the house is spacious, suitable for my big family. Although there is not much space, the outdoor area is shady and pleasant enough for my dog. I've been here with my family for several months. Overall, I did not encounter any problems. The advantage is on the main road, Chalerm Phrakiat Rama 9; it is convenient to go anywhere.

There are very few units in the project, only 58 units on ​​over 12 rai, making it highly private. The project takes the underground wiring systems. The project provides excellent and standard materials. The house walls are lightweight bricks, and the floor is parquet, teak wood, varnished the whole back with recessed air conditioner. Another good thing is that there is also a burglar alarm to increase people's safety in the house. Also, there is a room on the first floor for the elderly or disabled, something new that other projects rarely do. We bought a house called "Live," the living area is 357 sq.m. It comprises of 4 bedrooms, four bathrooms, and one maid room, with three parking spaces. The house is suitable for a big family because there are eight members in my family, including 2 dogs. Besides, there is a large garden in front of the house where our dogs can run and play. Besides that, there is a large balcony where we can relax and enjoy the party. What we love the most is the staffs are friendly. Suppose you look at it as an investor. In that case, Nirvana Beyond is a very interesting project because the house is divided into zones and located in an excellent location area, near Suan Luang Rama 9, it is tranquil and private. There are no tall buildings around and are not crowded, suitable for people who don't want to live in the city too much, but it is still easy to travel anywhere. The day you are bored from exercise in the project, you can also go for a walk at Suan Luang Rama 9. Unfortunately, the project has a small gym, limited equipment. Besides, the clubhouse is in front of the project, causing the people to live in the project's backside. It is far from using the clubhouse. This project is convenient for people who drive cars because it can connect to many routes. However, it is inconvenient for people who take the BTS because the distance is long and has to take a taxi or motorbike services.

It is a single house in the Bangkok zone, which is very interesting. The house I bought is a Natural Modern style. It is as a minimal in itself, gives a simple and attractive look. The project location is near Bang Na Expressway and Rama 9 Motorway. It is convenient wherever I want to go. If I don't want to take my car on the day, I will take the BTS service at Udomsuk Station instead. I like the house because it is in an area that covers all amenities. The home is naturally beautiful because the project uses the earth tones as the brown color and uses real wood to decorate the home. There is a lot of space next to the house with a shady atmosphere, especially during the day. It is suitable for relaxing. I bought this house because it brings me happy every time I stay here.

The project comprises a clubhouse and common area for the residents to use comfortably. The location is also next to the main road, convenient to travel and close to Suan Luang Rama IX with only 1 minute. Moreover, the security system is excellent as guards always stand by 24 hours.
