The project area is considered small because it has only 5 units that come with CCTVs, but there is no security guard. This single-detached house is suitable for urban society with a beautiful and modern design. It offers a good divided into proportion and spacious living space. This project is perfect for a big family because there are 4 bedrooms. It is also close to Central East Ville, despite being in a narrow alley.
