A quality single-detached house located in a good atmosphere, suitable for a long term living

่่I bought a 2-story single-house for this project. It consists of 3 bedrooms with a spacious living area. The house area is gated and keeps privacy to the residents and is not crowded. The security system is excellent. It's called an impressed project. The project facilities also facilitate families with kids because the project area is big, including the public near the lake. The atmosphere is good, where the kids can comfortably run and play or even have a chilled day on the weekend. After-sales service is good. The staff also takes good care of us, whether to inform and notify any repairs about water not flowing, etc. The project team handles promptly. As for the repair report, we have to wait a little time. I truly understand this matter because there are quite a lot of people reporting the problems. However, it takes not more than 1 week. It's very convenient to travel, close to the city, and has many convenient facilities, including schools, government centers, shopping malls, and tourist attractions that have easy access.
