This hometown project has everything that I need, and it also comes with a beautiful design. Plus, the project location is superb as it's close to department stores, flea markets, shops, restaurants, and government buildings. It's also pretty easy to get anywhere since it takes only a few mins to Lat Phrao MRT, and it isn't far from the main road connecting to all destinations. As for the project atmosphere, I would say that it's perfect. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, and the security system is reliable. So, overall, it's suitable for living.
