I bought a house from this project. I would say that it’s my dream home. The house is made of durable construction materials that meet Japanese standards, resisting tremors from earthquakes up to 7 Richter. The interior is modern, decorated with furniture from leading brands. More importantly, the project has brought home automation technology that connects devices and controls the electrical system to be used within the house, making it much more convenient. It has an excellent security system with CCTV. Plus, there is also a Shock Sensor anti-theft system with remote control, which will be provided according to the number of the residents. The project is located not far from department stores, schools, and hospitals, including the Fashion Island department store, Romklao Preparatory School, and Nopparat Rajathanee Hospital, which I think is important to us. I couldn’t ask for anything else from this project.
