Entrance to the property via a remote controlled double swinging electric gate with camera/doorbell. A 100 meter gravel driveway leads to the main house. Parking for two cars in the roofed carpark or in front of the house. Entrance via a biometric locked front door (fingerprint or key) into a hallway with a half-bathroom (toilet and sink) that leads to the large livingroom with semi-open large kitchen (ikea). Two sets of double doors (french doors) lead to rear terrace and front garden.From the livingroom you have acces to a pantry and one bedroom/study.An other hallway leads to two more bedrooms and the bathroom.A third bathroom can be reached via the rear terrace, as can the boiler-room and the electrical-room The attic can be accessed by a retractable stairway in the second hallway.The atic (75M²) has two rooms.
