Clean village with an excellent safety

The village here is about 5-6 kilometers from Pattaya City, which can be reached by car for only 15-20 minutes. Plus, it's a safe village because CCTV is installed around the project. There is also a 24-hour security guard. In the house that I live in, it is a single-story house with a total of 3 bedrooms. There is some furniture, a small garden for growing vegetables, and an area for children running around when moving in. I like distant cities because it is not crowded !!

I bought this place as a vacation home. I chose it because of the location, as it’s convenient to travel. From BKK, it takes just an hour. When you take the Sukhumvit road, it takes only 3 mins to reach the project. This place is in a residential area, so there are convenience stores, shops, and restaurants. It’s not crowded, unlike in Pattaya's downtown. My house is a spacious three-bedroom house. The upper floor is the bedroom, and the ground floor is the kitchen and the living area, which is well-allocated. It’s typical, so I bought more furniture to decorate, which comes out in the style that I like. In the project, there is a swimming pool as well. I always go for a swim on the weekends. The pool is not very large, but enough for the residents. Also, here the price is not that high compared to other single detached house projects.
