Great location with large units - value for money excellent

The building has some very high-end units with large balconies and a great view over the city, And others,smaller ones, which are in need of an upgrade. Common facilities are generous and the pool is unusually large and well situated. What is best is its location, surrounded by restaurants, Shops and in a dead end Soi but Still within walking distance Thonglor or Ekamai. Value for money is excellent and also living quality. It just depends if you’re up to an older building with its large and generous areas and deocorste your condo yourself.

Build generously, very large apartments in a popular, yet quiet area with walking distance to BTS, great views on the city, ideal for families, often with spacious outside sitting areas and balconies, a hidden gem, in short, a bargain. Upgrade of main facilities and lifts in the making.
Best building for renovation project

Every units are quite big and interesting layout to renovation and get your new home done. Facilities are ok. Location is great, end of Soi 59.

The condo has a large and very spacious swimming pool and is equipped with other facilities such as a fitness center and an excellent security system. I rented the Moon Tower Condo for a month. While I was living here, there were no problems. Everything is good, and the staff is lovely, including the professional security guards. Besides, the condo location is located a bit far from the Asoke Intersection, but it is also close to Thonglor BTS station, which is very convenient to travel to.
A tranquil condo in the Soi Sukhumvit 59

The condo roughly looks old with a serene atmosphere, located at Soi Sukhumvit 59. There are complete facilities such as a swimming pool, a gym, and parking. Anyways, the exercise equipment is not enough for the residents. The project is conveniently located, close to Thong Lo BTS station about 600 meters and many other amenities, including Samitivej Hospital, Ekamai International School, etc. The room is spacious, offering a beautiful Bangkok city view from big glass windows surrounded. Such an amazing residence! Spacious balcony with private atmosphere. The staff is lovely, helpful, and serve all services, perfect for investment !!

This condo is a luxury mansion on a high-rise building, perfect decoration, premium-quality furniture, and tranquility. There is a space to organize the parties and welcoming the guests. Located in the Sukhumvit area near Terminal 21 and close to Thonglor BTS station. The common areas include a swimming pool and a patio around the pool. I think it's worth money. Although it's an old project, everything is in good quality at a great location.

Before I decided to rent this condo, I was not sure because this condo was built for a long time. Looking from the outside, it is like an old building. I was first interested in it because of the condo near the office where I temporarily work. There are only a few units in this project. The room is spacious. While I worked here, I also brought my family to travel to Bangkok as well. Therefore, I chose here to stay with my large family. My room is spacious, decorated with modern luxury furniture. The project designs the space as a semicircular with a big glass window. There is a full set of furniture, such as a sofa and a dining table. Also, there is a fully functional kitchen area with a table, sink, and food preparation area. All zones allow us to spend time sitting, chatting, eating, and organizing family activities. There is a large balcony outside the room where we can sit and enjoy the stunning view and have a party with our family. We don't need to go outside for dinner because here is one of my best places to have leisure time with them. As for the furniture, it is made of real wood. Moreover, there is a large swimming pool, sauna room, and security guards who always care for us 24 hours a day. Finally, it is convenient because near the shopping mall, making us and our family convenient both go working and traveling.
A hidden gem

Old building, but the interior is the nicest one. The owner did an extensive renovation, with a clean and beautiful interior. Also, overlooking the Silom view from the big glass window is incredible. Overall, it's such a lovely layout ever!.
Convenient to travel

The duplex room that I bought is very spacious with luxury furniture. I like the rooms in minimalist design. More importantly, this condo is very privacy-oriented, with only 70 rooms. As I need a certain level of privacy, I decided to buy it here. The condo is situated near my workplace, making it convenient to travel via Thonglor BTS Thonglor, just 700 meters away. Having a car is quite unnecessary if you stay here.
