I like the house decorated in Spanish style. Therefore I decided to buy a room for this project. It is a project that meets my lifestyle very much whether the decorations focus on orange bricks. The condo area is well-proportioned, spacious, clean, and comfortable to look at. Moreover, it is safe and has a high level of privacy. Besides, there is also a complete range of facilities. The room decor is beautifully decorated as well as well-divided into zones. Apart from that, there is also a large balcony area for sitting in the evening as well. For me, this place is valuable and suitable for the price.

We have lived here for almost a year with this 3 bedroom unit. Aguston Sukhumvit 22 is a Spanish style condo. There are many facilities, such as a swimming pool, bowling alley, sauna, and gym. It is also a pet-friendly condo. Therefore, you can either feed dogs or cats. The staff was kind, friendly, and helpful. Besides, the location is great because it is in Phrom Phong BTS's vicinity, easily accessible every day. It is also not far from Terminal 21 and Central World, just a few minutes' distances.

It's a project in a single-detached house style as my room is a spacious five-bedroom room. The facilities within the project include theater rooms, tennis courts, and snooker rooms. More importantly, the room overlooks the Chao Phraya River. Besides, it's in a quiet location, making it a good hideaway from the chaos. However, this place may not be suitable for people without cars as the project is located quite far from the BTS and MRT station.

I stay here, and I sign an annual lease contract. Very impressed because this is a luxury condo in Spanish style in the Phrom Phong area. There is a complete common area. It offers 2 swimming pools. There is a bowling alley, sauna, and a gym. Also, there is a library and outdoor sports corner. Everything is well-maintained. More importantly, there is also a shuttle bus to Phrong Phong BTS. The staff here are very helpful that impressed me. If anyone is looking for accommodation, which easy to travel and luxurious European touch. I recommend it here. Suitable for people who work in the city and want privacy.
Outstanding building and super luxury

Spanish architectural design makes it stand out in the Sukhumvit 22 area. Only 5 minutes drive from Phrom Phong BTS Station. The location is convenient here. A lot of restaurants and shops. The interior of the project is luxuriously decorated with magnificent furniture from the lobby to the room. There is a beautiful swimming pool, fitness center, and business center. The receptionist at the lobby is very polite, and the atmosphere is peaceful and private.

It is a very luxurious condo, beautifully designed in Spanish style. I love this place because pets are allowed, and the facilities are various, including a sauna, a jacuzzi, a fitness center, 2 swimming pools, a children's playroom, a library, etc. My room is approximately 85 square meters wide, bright, and divided into two bedrooms. It has well-decorated furniture and a warm city view. If you want to get to Phrom Phong BTS or Queen Sirikit National Convention Center MRT, I recommend using a motorbike taxi or a tuk-tuk. It would be more convenient than walking.
