I've rented here for a year, a short happy moment. The house is clean and pleasant with standard furniture. It's not too old. The project site is also tranquil, and there is a 24 hours security system stand by. The location is easily accessible and close to Patong Beach, restaurants, pubs, and bars. Very convenient!!

Good location and near many Phuket beaches. A potential village with a simple and nice design, very quality. Surrounded by many amenities, matching my needs well. With an abundance of the house location that many lush green trees surrounded, it makes me feel fresh. Moreover, the project location is situated in a prime area of Patong, not far from the prosperous areas, and connects many routes easily accessible everywhere. There are many places nearby, including restaurants and convenience stores, convenient and worthwhile!!
Finally, I chose to rent for this project.

At first, I researched many places for renting. Finally, I chose to rent for this project because the house has 2 floors, the living area is about 150 square meters. Furniture quality is excellent. There is a car park in the house. Also, you can park outside. The village road is not as clean as it should be, it needs to be improved!
