Outdated project with substandard finishings

Unfortunately this project is of a low grade and outdated. The property management is poor and its located at the backside of Sukhumvit 50, overshadowed by many other condo's .However if you would like to live in peace and don't mind living hidden, this is the place to choose
Spacious room and pet-friendly

At first, I was worried about moving into a condo. But the staff here are very helpful. The condo room is spacious and quiet, very pleasant to live in. Most importantly, it's a reasonable price. It has a common area such as a swimming pool, fitness center, garden, and offers a shuttle bus service to the BTS station, and it is also pet-friendly.

Nice serviced apartment in a secluded location, whilst not far from BTS, shopping and entertainment. Good community for young professionals, adults with kids, adults with pets and older generation. The pool is great and works 24/7. The place used to be a hotel so it will take a bit of creativity to make it feel homely. The gym is simple and the machines are slightly old. Yet, it’s pretty specious. Some neighbouring houses have doggie herds living outside, so if that’s something you or your pet would find distressing, it will bother you daily.
Suitable place for people who has pets

I was not disappointed at all in choosing to rent here because the pets are allowed, and the prices are moderate. It helps save a lot of money. Apart from the affordable prices, it is also very convenient to travel here and suitable for people who do not have their car as the condo has a shuttle service to the BTS every 15 minutes in the morning as well. Moreover, the project here has a beautiful garden. The atmosphere is quiet, unlike the city center. When I come back from work, I get a lot of rest every day.
The condo is shady, peaceful, and comfortable.

The project atmosphere is good, shady with trees and beautiful garden decoration where you can relax in this area. The condo is beautifully decorated and modern, providing high privacy to the residents. Although the condo is located in the city center, I can touch a quiet sense though. Also, the management system here is excellent. The staff is friendly, lovely, and professionally serving us services. The studio interior is simply decorated and a good enough space. Besides, the condo is not far from On Nut BTS, Tesco Lotus On Nut, shops, and Kluay Nam Thai Hospital, convenient for living in a city like this.

The condo is located in the heart of the city and also near many shopping centers. We can walk to On Nut BTS for only about 10 minutes. The condo provides a range of facilities, whether it is a common area, garden, and swimming pool. I live on the 5th floor, and the room is not too dark. I like the large balcony. The room is also fully furnished. The staff here are quite a few but give excellent service. Now I don't want to move anywhere. Impressed!!
