I made the right decision to choose this villa. The decorations here are quite luxurious. More importantly, the price is reasonable here compared with other projects nearby. Since the villa is large, it allows me to customize the villa as I wish, and so far, the house is exactly what I want! The highlight of this villa is its balcony, especially when it's sunset. The surrounding atmosphere is just exceptional. As there are small numbers of units, the villa is private. Most of the time, I like to spend time in the villas and chill by the pool. I want to cook for myself because I'm a vegan. For those who want to go out for food, it's not difficult. You can drive less than 10 mins to the laguna area. There are many restaurants, bars, and cafes. Also, this place is not far from the airport. You can drive within 20 minutes only. The project's security guard takes care of us 24 hours a day, so you don't have to worry about safety. It's good for both living and investment. As Phuket is still a touristy place, it might be easy to sell or rent it out.
