Excellent location, next to Bang Chak BTS

The project is located in a great location. Even it's in the alley, it's abundant and comfortable for travel. It's 250 meters from Bang Chak BTS Station, which is a walkable distance. If you use a car, it is close to the expressway. There is also a bus stop in front of the project, which is very convenient. The project gives me high privacy, with only 483 units. It has a wide range of facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, lounge, various recreation areas, and rooftop design. They are made out beautifully. There is a garden with a seating area to watch the city as well. The parking space also occupies 3 floors. In my room, the space is 25 square meters, considered the smallest room of the project with a kitchen, bathroom, and a small balcony. However, I dont feel cramped at all. The room does not provide furniture, so I can design my space as I want. I know the project through friends. Then, we made a reservation here together to have peace of mind during the living. As for the traffic, be prepared as it can be busy during the rush hour. It would be much better to avoid using the car.
