The condo is located at Soi Sukhumvit 57.

It is a condo that brought a mansion on top of a tall building. This place is located on Soi Sukhumvit 57. It's only 500 meters walk to Thonglor BTS. The interior is considered fair and comes with premium-quality furniture. There is also an area for socializing and welcoming guests. The common area has a sky swimming pool and a patio around the pool. I think it's worth the money. It is a project that is considered of good quality. It is in a great location. I don't like that sometimes the facilities are rarely open and the pool closes too early !!

I've been staying for about 3 months now. I'm very satisfied with this place. The room I stayed in is a two-bedroom unit. It's large, making it's easy to adjust the space for desired functions. The materials and furniture in the room and the common area are from hi-end brands. There is home automation. I can turn on-off the lights and AC via the mobile application, and the video door phone makes my life much more comfortable. The condo is in the prime area with a few minutes walking to Thonglor BTS station. When we are in a hurry, we usually go to BTS, but I'll drive by myself some days. Those who own a luxurious car like me don't have to worry about the parking lot. The project has a supercar and superbike parking space separately with an EV charger for electric cars. Even if this is located in the city center, it still offers you a great deal of privacy as it's on the blind alley. If you go to the main road, it's quite busy. There are many restaurants and department stores like Emquartier and Emporium, also the cinema at Major Cineplex Ekkamai. The price is quite reasonable compared with the quality of both the staff, facilities, and location in the prime area, which offer you various transportation choices.

I love 2 bedrooms, with the perfect size. It is not very spacious, and the living area is sufficient, ideal for a small family member who wants to spend life in the city. The project provides a complete range of facilities to accommodate all the residents. It comprises an infinity-edge pool, a gym, a yoga room, a simulated golf course, etc. Importantly, there is a shuttle bus service between Thonglor-Ekkamai, suitable for a long-term stay at a worthwhile price.

It's an impressive high-rise condominium with beautiful decoration and a good atmosphere. It includes a swimming pool, a fitness room, steam room, yoga room, and shuttle service. Besides, the room has complete facilities and ready-to-move-in. Apart from that, the condo is located in a good location, close to Thong Lo BTS, just 2 minutes away and not far from the shopping centers such as Terminal 21 and Central World. It's very convenient and suitable for modern people living in this city.
