This condo is reasonably good location.

This condo is very new and located in a reasonably good location. I'm not too fond of crowds, and I think this place matches my needs. There are a fitness room and a swimming pool. All facilities are located on the 14th floor, which I believe to be very convenient and have a beautiful view. The rooms are considered well-designed. Everything is new and of great quality. However, I think the room with the 38 sq.m includes a small kitchen area. The condo is located on the corner, so it can access many routes and travel to various places quickly and easily. Reasonable price! Only 3 kilometers away from shopping areas.
