The resort is built in nature from natural materials. The resort currently has 7 bungalows with a double bed each, of which 4 have a bedroom with a bathroom and which have AC. The other 3 bungalows are bamboo huts with a fan and a shared bathroom. There is a main building with reception and cafe, as well as a restaurant for 100 guests. All meals of the day are served here, from breakfast to dinner. In the main building there is a bedroom for staff and another bungalow, as a residence for the owner. There is also a lookout tower, a stage for entertainment and "halls". All this is built on stilts because during the rainy season the entire facility is filled with water. The roads between the different buildings are built like bridges. The plant has been in operation since 2021 and is profitable, but there is extensive scope for expansion. A large part of the land is unused, while the bridges between the buildings are already in place.
