ideal location: no obstruction of view of other houses.   You have a view of the resort's garden, with a view of the mountains on the west side. The sea is on the east side, walking distance from the house. Four meters from the entrance of the house, you have a pleasant swimming pool. I am putting the house up for sale because I have another idea to build a house for my daughter, on her land. All possible facilities in and around the house are available: Shared fitness, shared car parking, shared garden,,,,,,, It is a pleasant environment to live in. It is a combination of owners and the resort system, so you always have a feeling of being on holiday. You could also rent out your house if you wanted, through the resort. Personally I don't do this, everyone has their own options. Kitchen connection on the roof is provided. Sun blinds on the main roof, and also sun blinds at the back of the West side bedroom. The coconut tree provides shade and the mountains also provide shade on the West side around 4:40 PM.

I wish I had his cottage, too. The area is located in Sam Roi Yod nature reserve a real fishing village. There are several sights that I won't be announcing right now.

My husband and I bought this villa as a long-term residence. The villa is supplied with amenities and is decorated with classic tones, making it feel good and livable. There are also complete common areas, such as the swimming pool, the fitness rooms, the big parking lot, and the 24-hour security system, which means that you can live safely. What's more, the journey is considered very convenient. Close to various important places whether they are markets, convenience stores, attractions, and many others. This place is very good and worthwhile.
