The common area maintenance fee is £1 per square meter based on the size of indoor area of the property and is £38 for this condo. I had a chance to rent this condo daily. At first, I didn't intend to be here, but I had an early morning flight the next day, so I want to find a place which is not far from the airport. From this place, it takes only 5 mins driving to the airport. When I stayed here, I regret that I couldn't stay here longer because the room here is very comfortable. It isn't so narrow or makes me feel uncomfortable. It is clean and new. Within the project, there is a fitness center and a swimming pool. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Nai Yang beach, which is very convenient. Next time, I'll definitely come back to stay again.

It is a great place to stay, a new condominium with a beautiful design in a peaceful and tranquility. The room I rented comes with a modern kitchen and full facilities such as a great fitness center, sauna and swimming pool. It is quaint with a beautiful model boat by the pool. Besides, this condo is not far from the beach, within 500 meters walking distance to Nai Yang Beach. Moreover, the project area provides many cafes, restaurants, and night markets within walking distance. It is considered a good location accommodation surrounded by amenities. It is where I live without worrying about any difficulties, and the neighbors are cute and helpful. It is the best trip ever.
