The Esse has a great location right at the BTS stop and probably the beat facilities I've ever seen in terms of pool, gym, amazing spa/sauna area, private cinema room, private dining rooms. Apartment very comfortably funished, the 2nd bedroom soubles as an office thanks to the cool fold-against-the-wall bed system.

I have reserved a 3-bedroom condo here. The unit area is spacious, but it is still not completed yet, expected to be completed in 2020. According to the showroom and its information provided by the salesperson, I like the swimming pool and garden on the 7th floor overlooking the beautiful city view. The swimming pool is Olympic-style, where you can swim and exercise to the fullest. As for the fitness room, there is a lot of equipment, including exercises to build muscles and cardio. The location is considered convenient and near Thong Lo BTS station because I prefer to travel by Skytrain more than by private car, only a short walk from the condo. It allows me to go shopping at the big shopping malls comfortably. This neighborhood is filled with restaurants, many convenience stores, and supermarkets. It is the perfect location, ideal for living for people who like urban society. Anyway, condo prices are very high as well. Now I'm counting the days waiting to move in; as soon as the interior decor is completed, it will be the New Year's gift for my family.
