located near the intersection of Ramkamheang and Rama 9 , its miles away from any mass transit line, therefore more suitable for people with a bike or car. Its a typical Grade B construction, with some substandard construction materials. Good to life her for a few years but it will not last a decade. Ideal for people who like Ramkhamheang and Rama 9 area but want to live on the mainroad

The condo is conveniently located close to Ramkhamhaeng and Rama 9 Roads. It is a convenient mode of transportation for both private cars and public transportation. My workplace is located on Rama 9, which is easily accessible by car. There aren't many restaurants near the condo. However, if you go to the front of the Ramkhamhaeng Road, you will find many great shops and restaurants, movie theaters and shopping malls, so this area is quite crowded. The people who live here are both students and workers, making it quiet during the day. The condo has various facilities, such as a swimming pool, fitness center, garden area for the residents, etc.
