Small condo, but super good quality

I've been here for over a year and haven't had any plans to move out because I like it, and I am extremely impressed. It is an 8-story low rise condo with complete facilities. It includes a swimming pool, a fitness room, and a security system. Besides, it's great that there aren't many residents here. Therefore, it gives a lot of peace. There was no noise at all at night. This condo is suitable for a vacation condo. It is also accessible everywhere and only 350 meters away from Ekkamai BTS station and takes a walk of only about 5 minutes.

Located in a great location. It is a district with comprehensive facilities in all aspects, close to Gateway Ekamai Department Store, hospitals, and only 450 meters from Ekamai BTS Station. There are not many residents staying here, so it is quiet. The one-bedroom compared to other projects, is quite spacious. And what I really like is the bathtub, there are a swimming pool and a fitness center.
Near BTS, doesn't waste the time travelling.

I have lived here for about 5 years. It is very suitable for city people, whether the working-age or school-age has to spend their time in the city. This condo meets the people's needs of people in terms of convenience in traveling as it is not far from BTS, which is only 2 minutes walk. Every day, I rarely use a private car because I often take the BTS to be more convenient. The project on-site is quiet, clean, and fewer residents. The neighbors are also friendly. Besides, the project provides high-security. The atmosphere here is pleasant. Personally, as I've lived here for many years, I am impressed and glad to be the residents of this condo. I will stay here for a long time if I don't have to move to others.

I will recommend The Address Sukhumvit 42 for those who love the convenience and close to many important places, including Ekkamai BTS and shopping malls. For a while, I've been in Thailand and impressed the project so much because it is located in the prime area nearby many amenities and suitable for my lifestyle. It is very convenient as a few steps away from the Ekkamai BTS Station or takes only 4 minutes to walk, and even you can drive a car as well. Regarding its location, I can go around easily, and there are numerous restaurants as Max Value. As for the interior, it is decorated with fully furnished. All facilities provided by the project are also answering the needs well. Nevertheless, the condo focuses on privacy, which is we are impressed. So, I rented 1 bedroom condo because it is suitable for me and my everyday life.
