They are all located in the Grand Beach 1 Condominium very close to the long beach of Mae Phim. Only a thoroughfare separates the residential complex from the beach. Grand Beach 1 contains condominiums on floors 2 - 4 with owners of different nationalities, even though the Swedes are in the majority. On floor 1 there are businesses and on floor 5 a pool facility. Common to these 4 condos is that it is a one-room condo, divided into a living room and an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom and a fully tiled bathroom. There is also a balcony. Both the living room and the bedroom are equipped with their own AC. The entire home has tiled floors. The European-style kitchen has several cabinets, a bench, a sink and a refrigerator. The shower in the bathroom has hot water. The bedroom has a double bed and wardrobes. The units for the AC (on the balcony) have nets to protect against the birds that like to build nests. The residential property is sold fully furnished and with all furnishings. However, personal belongings, most paintings and some ornaments are not included. What separates these 4 condos is on which floor they are located, on which side of the building it is located, a small difference in living space and price. Condo AFF-GB1A2 has the balcony in the western position, on level 2, with a living area of 39 sq m and a price of 1,590,000 Bath. Condo AFF-GB1B2 has the balcony in eastern position, on floor 2, with living area 39 sqm and price 1,490,000 Bath. Condo AFF-GB1A3 has the balcony in the western position, on level 3, with the living area 38 sqm and the price 1,690,000 Bath. Condo AFF-GB1B3 has the balcony in eastern position, on level 3, with living area 38 sqm and price 1,590,000 Bath. Balconies in the west have shade when the sun is high. Only towards evening does the sun come. The balcony in the east has sun in the morning until lunch, then shade. The pictures in the ad are from AFF-GB1B2, so the furniture may differ slightly in details, but otherwise very similar. On the 5th floor there is a well-kept underwater illuminated infinity pool with uninterrupted sea views. A built-in children's pool and a large pool deck with sun loungers enhance the experience. Parking spaces are available for both car, "sareng" and motorcycle. It is walking distance to restaurants, supermarket, 7 / Eleven store, medical care, pharmacy, massage, cafe, ATM etc. For those who want to rent out their apartment, there are several alternative companies that can be helpful. Mae Phim is located on Thailand's weather-safe east coast in Rayong province about 2.5 hours drive to Bangkok Airport Suvarnabhumi and to the growing U Tapao airport only about 1.5 hours.
