The common area maintenance fee is £1 per square meter based on the size of indoor area of the property and is £84 for this condo. We are here for the first time and still not familiar with the neighborhood. It was supposed to be difficult for me, but luckily I chose to stay at this condo. The staff is so helpful. They recommend restaurants, bars, and many tourist attractions. I want to say thank you for a very nice trip. This is an excellent condo. Apart from the nice staff, the place is clean and tidy. The condo has complete facilities and a strict security system. I think this is the best condo I have ever stayed in.
The deck has a swimming pool with a Pattaya Sea view.

I have been impressed since I went to see the showroom and liked the project's location. From the room, you can see a panoramic Pattaya city view. There are also many rooms offering a sea view available. The most outstanding is the infinity-edge pool, facing 180 degrees of sea view, and a gym on the rooftop. The lobby and elevator are luxuriously decorated. It's designed to be excellent !!! There are 7-Eleven and drug stores near the condo. Most of the residents here will be Chinese and Russians.

It is a new luxury condo with a modern design and meticulous decoration. I was so impressed by the very first sight. I can see a panoramic view of the Pattaya Sea from the pool and fitness center. Also, I can adore a panoramic view from the balcony of my own room. I rent a 1-bedroom unit which is well-divided, decorated with marble and golden-tone furniture to create a luxurious sense for living. In terms of facilities, they are fully equipped, including a jacuzzi, a bar, a clubhouse, a restaurant, and a spa. I have used the spa room once; the service is very good. Also, transportation is convenient because this condo is not too far from Khao Phra Tamnak. If traveling by car, it is not difficult at all.

Very beautiful condo! I was able to see a 360-degree sea view from my room, which was great. Everything inside this condo is very well- equipped. The room interior I have rented for this vacation is 1 bedroom luxuriously decorated and clean, especially the color scheme. They chose to decorate the room, highlighting the gold and white tones and rich marble pattern. It is not enough here with full facilities such as jacuzzi, bar, clubhouse, fitness center, spa, sauna, etc. I am impressed that everything is complete. It is calm and comfortable, and it is close to many convenient places such as shops, restaurants, or hospitals, which is convenient.

The sea-view condo here is wonderful. Decorated in luxury, modern, and fantastic style. The location is next to Cozy beach, shops, restaurants, and many facilities. It is suitable for investors because there is a 7% rental guarantee. The price is a bit high compared to other projects.

Although the project is under construction now, this is my dream project with a modern architectural style like a foreign hotel. The decoration of the mock-up room is impressive with the decoration from leading brands. This one-bedroom unit is well designed and functional. The common area is complete with a swimming pool, a restaurant, and a gym. Although the price is a little higher than other projects, it’s worth paying!

I bought a condo here for speculating sales. I would say that this is another condo on Pratumnak Hill that is quite interesting. Besides, in the future, Pattaya city will be developed to become a tourist destination in Thailand. There will be high-speed trains from Bangkok. I think that will definitely make a higher profit from the condo. I think it's an interesting place for those who want to stay as this condo is well-decorated with high-quality materials. The rooms are two types of rooms which are 1 and 2 bedroom units. Both of them are so spacious. Facilities are complete, very convenient. Recommend it!
