I visited this project a few times, finally decided to buy here after viewing many many properties in Bangkok. BEST river view and the condo is very private and pet friendly!
The luxury condo has the beautiful Chao Phraya River view.

I am very satisfied with the condo project. I think the condo is quite private in a beautiful location. It's a super-luxury condo that is located on the road. It is also adjacent to the Chao Phraya River, so I decided to buy this condo. Traveling to the condo is very convenient because the traffic is quite flexible and not far from the main road on Rama 3 Road. There are convenience stores, restaurants, and department stores just minutes away from the condo. As for the interior of the project, it's super luxurious. As soon as I drive into the project, everything looks nice and clean. The surrounding area has a green space, and there are complete facilities in the common areas like a swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, library, playground. I also noticed that there is CCTV installed in front of the lobby. And there are also security guards. The room I bought has two bedrooms, two bathrooms. It is very spacious inside and is fully furnished, super luxurious, with a beautiful view of the Chao Phraya River. I can't go wrong buying a condo. It's worth the price.
