The space This exclusive family pool villa is set in the exclusive development of Sai Taan, very close to all the restaurants and amenities of Boat Avenue. It is situated in a quite cul-de-sac with no through traffic with a beautifully landscaped garden and common areas throughout the development.The villa is set in Phase II of Sai Taan which has wider avenues and generally larger villas/plots than phase IAfter a thorough refurbishment we are now offering this villa to you to enjoy. We bought this villa having previously rented one in Sai Taan and really enjoyed the characteristics of the Sai Taan Villas, the pristine condition of the development as well as its close proximity to the centre of Bang Tao and of course the beach.The spacious layout of the villa and gardens provides you with the opportunity to relax and unwind in this secluded, peaceful and sophisticated environment.The lovely 5km long Bang Tao beach is a mere 500m from the development and the Laguna Golf Club is a 3 minute drive from the villa.The walk into Bang Tao centre is only 5 mins from the entrance to the development where you have access to a wide range of restaurants, boutiques, cafes, shops, art galleries and supermarkets, as well as the new open air shopping mall of Port Du Phuket. There are also several beach clubs that are a great way to either spend the day or enjoy a lunch/dinner whilst the children play on the beach. The sunsets are stunningly beautiful from Bang Tao Beach!.The Villa has over 500m of living space with very generously proportioned rooms throughout with Balinese style double vaulted ceilings in the lounge, master bedroom and guest villa as well as the Sala.The layout of the Villa makes it very family friendly for either one or more families, or a large group of adults. Both the master bedroom and guest villa main bedroom are directly connected to adjoining bedrooms.All rooms are tastefully furnished and outfitted to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.The Sala provides a great outdoor area for relaxing and/or socialising. The Sala has a 12 seater sofa arrangement that may suite groups of adults, alternatively if you are bringing children, we have two large day beds that can replace the sofas, see pics for options. These are great for relaxing outside as well as enticing the young ones out of the pool for some down time!. There is also a large BBQ at the back of the Sala for your use.The pool is at 15m long, bigger than most, with steps on both sides at 1m deep shallow end. And a Jacuzzi is also connected to the pool.The Villa has both inside and outside dinning options as well as a pool bar.Master BedroomThis bedroom overlooks and offers direct access to the pool via bi-folding glass doors. It is furnished with a Super King size bed and complimentary furniture to provide a luxurious feel to the room. Adjoining this bedroom is a large bathroom and dressing area outfitted with double basins, shower and toilet. Bedroom 2 is connected to the master and shares the bathroom. This to has glass doors opening out onto the pool area.Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed, it has its own ensuite and also a small study with a single sofa bed which is ideal either for a quite reading area or for accomodating a child.Guest VillaSituated in the grounds is a two bedroom guest villa that can accomodate another family, or adults/grandparents etc. This leads out onto the garden with direct access to the villa and pool etc.Our quiet but dilligent maid will be in attendance 6 mornings a week to make the beds, wash up and clean the villa for you. She will also change the bed sheets twice a week.Having had it rejuvenated both inside and out and the villa now looks quite stunning. All beds and furnishings have been completely replaced throughout providing a very fresh and new feel to the villa, whilst retaining its traditional character.The villa has a fully fitted kitchen for your convenience. The pool and gardens are serviced and attended to 3 times a week. Guest access   Guests have access to the whole property with the exception of the pool water treatment room. Guests should not go into this room and under no circumstances should touch any of the valves/settings.The villa can be accessed via the door under the car port or via the main gate.The grounds are spacious and allow access to all areas. Other things to note The Sala is a great area for relaxing during the day and evening. The sofas provide the opportunity for the whole party to get together and relax.Utilities are charged at cost. Our villa manager will record the readings at the end of each month.
