It is conveniently located near Bangkok. The project has a shady and comfortable atmosphere.

My wife and I have worked in Bangkok for many years. After a while, we wanted to own a house in Pattaya as a vacation home, so we decided to buy it here. The house had been under construction for around 10-12 months. We visited the construction site nearly every week because it is only a few hour's drive from Bangkok. Plus, another reason that I like this project is that the surroundings are wonderful. There is a large lake surrounded by a green garden. The common area is also spacious. My children love cycling because the road is wide and safe, and sometimes my wife takes the kids swimming here because the pool is so large. As for the location, it is pretty convenient as it's close to shopping malls. I would say this is truly a paradise of relaxation.
