I think that this project is interesting. The house is English-style combined with modernity, which I think is perfect. The atmosphere is tranquil, suitable for living amid a shady garden with a lake view. Inside the house, it has a very high ceiling, making it easy to ventilate. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. What I love is the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a very spacious bathroom. Unfortunately, there are only 3-5 bedroom houses to choose from. In addition, the Skytrain station is 10 kilometers away. Still, it is convenient to travel by car because there is an access point at the Lat Phrao Expressway, only 3 minutes drive away. Besides, the project comprises convenience stores, department stores, hospitals, and various famous educational institutions. Also, 7-Eleven is in front of the project. Aside from that, many other amenities, such as Central East Ville, Mayo Hospital, and Sripatum University, are complete. In addition, the common area is equipped with luxury amenities such as a salt-water communal pool, a gym, a meeting room, and a jogging lane. I think it is secretly expensive, but it is considered worthwhile if considered with the quality.
