E-CO friendly villa with a very modern design. My husband and I went for an inspection there and were very impressed with the layout. My husband is an architect from Canada. He was impressed by how the project installs an energy-saving system, solar panels, and moisture-proof systems, which are excellent. As it rains a lot in Phuket, leaving the house unoccupied for a long time can cause a bad smell. Fortunately, the project takes residents' concerns into account. Our home is a two-story loft-style design, which is quite airy with good ventilation. Also, there is a private swimming pool and a staircase in the middle of the house to connect the first and second floors. The interior is very beautifully decorated in resort-style, suitable for being a vacation home. Also, close to many amenities, such as Tesco Lotus, Boat Avenue, and the fresh market. It is delightful to find this place. I want the house to finish quickly anyway.
