I think this project is a very suitable project for investment. The project is located in a prime location, close to all kinds of amenities, easy to travel to Phuket airport in a short time. The living atmosphere is still calm, with a very high level of privacy. I was looking for a villa as a vacation home to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and rent it out when I wasn't there. I can say that it is a very worthwhile investment. The villa's design is modern and has outstanding décor from Thai-style furniture in the villa. There is a Jacuzzi tub and a private swimming pool which is very suitable for people who want a place to relax. In addition, the project has a small number of units, and I don't worry about weird neighbors or a poor security system.
A residential project is convenient for life.

This villa is located in a prime location of Si Sunthon. It is an under-construction project with 3 bedrooms. It also has a beautiful view, overlooking shady forest views, which is a very impressive view. In my opinion, this villa is convenient for relaxing in the neighborhood. In terms of transportation, it is convenient because you can travel on many routes, very convenient. It is definitely pleasant and beautiful to live in!

I've been inspected here, and I'm interested in the design. The project is a 2-story villa with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The project site is considered quite spacious and comes with a garden and BBQ grilled area, perfect for relaxing and suitable for large families. The house has a large area that can park 1-2 cars. The project is currently under construction. Expected to be completed soon !!

The project is currently under construction in the Bang Jo area. It is a quiet place and surrounded by nature, a good atmosphere, and fresh air. It's close to Boat Avenue, a hub of shops and restaurants. The project facilities include a communal swimming pool and security system. The villa with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms comes with the right size of the area. There is a private pool, as well. The design is very modern. The current selling price does not include furniture, but it is still considered a reasonable price.

First of all, I chose it because of the location. This area is very quiet and private. Even though the location is quite isolated, it still near the community and Bang Tao Beach. The design is beautiful, modern, and suitable for family living. It is a large house with 3 bedrooms, a swimming pool, and a car park. The interior is in modern style, very suitable and trendy. Reliable project developer, so I'm confident to buy it as a family home in the future.

The villa site is nestled in the lush green nature and rural villages. The atmosphere is shady, relaxing, and non-crowded. It is a more tranquil area than others. The road entrance is concrete; conveniently travel to many places such as convenient stores and restaurants. This villa suits the price, so I decided to book 1 villa to rent it out for a vacation home in the future.
