Grand with unique design, very shady

The condo is very quiet and private, suitable for people who want a relaxing getaway. The building is old but looks grand with unique architecture. There is a spacious reception hall. The atmosphere is shady, and there is a fish pond and a large swimming pool. The people here are friendly too. It is only 280 meters from the Wongamat Beach viewpoint.

It is a good place situated in the outstanding location close to Pattaya Beach. The project atmosphere is good, clean, and tranquil, easily accessible to convenience stores and tourist attractions. This project is a high-rise condominium and spacious, which is not crowded. The project on-site is gorgeously decorated with the luxury lobby. There are many cozy corners and a large communal pool. As for the room, it is spacious, and the price is reasonable.

I bought a condo, and I've been here for a while. There is everything you need, and it is also close to my office, where it is easy to travel. The room is a 1 bedroom unit with perfect space zoning. I like the room design and decoration. It made me feel very comfortable. Moreover, the project facilities are good, convenient life. The common area is complete and comprises many things such as a fitness center, a communal pool, and gardens that the project has arranged perfectly. All are considered a good project, beautiful location, convenient transportation, and close to Pattaya tourist attractions

I really like this location because it’s adjacent to the main road, Sukhumvit, making travel to Bangkok easy. Speaking of the room, there are only two types of rooms: a studio and one bedroom. Initially, I was interested in the cheaper studio type, but when I went to see the mock-up room and thought that the studio was too small, I chose the one-bedroom instead. In my free time, I usually chill out by the pool. It is huge and clean, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. I can say that this place makes my life perfect. I like it.

I bought a studio room for 1 room. I bought this room because the design is beautiful like no other in a vintage style, fully furnished. The location is also good, just 5 minutes from the city center, you can get to many places. The project has many facilities such as a swimming pool, sauna, fitness, playground, and parking. Very convenient! My room is very nicely decorated and fully equipped. Overall it's okay. All the staff is lovely, and the neighbors seemed friendly. If anyone wants to stay in Pattaya, I recommend it here!
