Shady condo with lots of green space

I've rented a room in this condo for about a year now. The room is spacious, fully furnished and ready to move in. Also, the project's atmosphere is peaceful and conducive to living. The common area also has the swimming pool surrounded by lush greenery. There are amenities and well-known restaurants nearby, such as Chocolate Ville. However, a personal car is required as there isn't a sky train project in the area.
