    No pets are allowed at Saturdays Residence unless specifically permitted by the juristic office. Exceptions can be made for service or guide dogs for persons with disabilities.
    The common area maintenance fee is £1 per square meter based on the size of indoor area of the property and is £78 for this condo. This fee has to be paid by owners for the upkeep of the common areas of the project. For new residential developments, it is common to pay up to 1-3 years’ common area maintenance fees in advance upon the transfer of the properties' ownership.

    It is about 10 minutes from Rawai Beach

    The condo here is very beautiful and new, located in a quiet location. Sometimes it gets busy because it is available in the hotel section. The common area has a swimming pool, garden, and fitness. I like it here because the staff serves good services. Anyway, I was not impressed and happy about the trip because it is quite far from the main road. If you are going to stay here, you have to use a private car to be convenient. Overall, I think it is fair. Accommodation is about 10 minutes from Rawai Beach.
