To get to the project by car, you can start from Market Village Hua Hin. When departing from the project, go straight onto Phet Kasem Road (4) for about 450 meters, turn left onto Soi Hua Hin 88, and continue straight again for about 450 meters. Take exit 3 at the roundabout to continue on Route 2043 and continue straight for about 2.4 kilometers. Then you will see The Avenue 88 Village on the left-hand side.

The townhouse that I bought here is very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully furnished. There is a balcony opening to the pool and garden views. I have purchased it at an attractive price. Besides, the project's location is excellent, close to Market Village HuaHin, Hin Lek Fai hill, Hua Hin Night Market, and Hua Hin beach as well.

We love the villas because there is a large swimming pool to swim with many people. It's very suitable for our family. There are 3 bedrooms in the villa; the living area is wide and fully furnished. There is a wide seating area, living area, dining area, and outdoor sunbathing area. You can enjoy your time in every inch of the villa. I love the kitchen the most as I can easily cook because there is a full kitchenware set. There is a garden around the house and a high fence to have a vacation privately in such an affordable villa.

I had a chance to stay here multiple times, and I'm so impressed. I like the project location as it's not far from the town, so it's not busy. Yet, you can still get to the city very easily. The project also has shuttle bus service 4 times a day, very convenient! My room has 2 bedrooms, which is very wide. All the appliances work well. The project also has a large swimming pool. It seems to be well maintained. I came here very often, so I plan to buy a room here as a vacation home.
Private pool villa with a good atmosphere

My family and I visited Hua Hin for 5 days as a family vacation and rented a pool villa at The Avenue 88 Village, very private. The villa itself has a fence around the villa. The villa interior and exterior are fully equipped with amenities such as a European kitchen, dining area, BBQ grilled area, clubhouse, and an on-site restaurant, which we can order food according to the needs. Moreover, it is near the Market Village shopping center where I went shopping and had fun. Also, it is close to Hua Hin Airport, only 18 minutes. Oh, it's perfect.

At first, my husband didn't like it because traveling was inconvenient. And we've just known that the project has a shuttle bus to the beach and shops in the neighborhood as well. This large 3-bedroom pool villa is spacious, including a big outdoor swimming pool, a relaxing area by the pool, and a yard, which is perfect for BBQ grilled parties. The villa is decorated in a modern style. There is a complete wide range of facilities with a high-security system. The atmosphere around the villa is quiet, and most of the neighbors who live are foreigners. It is suitable for relaxing and spending a lot of time with the family. It is also accessible, and there are many restaurants in the neighborhood. It also takes approximately 10 minutes to drive to Hua Hin Beach.

It is a very comfortable pool villa. It is a very relaxing pool villa. The houses are designed for real living, decorated with good quality furniture. The interior is simple, with a cozy look. It comes in good condition, so no repair is needed. There is also a clubhouse and a swimming pool in the project. It also has a good security system so it is very safe here. The location is considered to be in the city center, next to the provincial court, not far from Market Village, and only 4 kilometers from Hua Hin beach. However, the house is quite old because it was completed a long time ago. It's still worth the price considering the location and price; it's not expensive at all.
