Now our house is under construction. In a few months, I will be able to move in. This is a house that my husband and I bought to live together as a family and to have kids too. The villa has 3 bedrooms coming with a swimming pool and parking for 2 cars. It has a modern design and good quality furniture decorated. The atmosphere around the project is pleasant to live in, and the neighborhood is quiet. Most of them are villas, and there are also many foreigners living. Traveling is also convenient, I can go to the city of Patong within about 20 minutes. From the project, it's 5 minutes travel to Boat Avenue which is a community center for shops, restaurants, and bars as well. I am very excited. I want to move in now.
This pool villa has a very eye-catching design.

This pool villa has a very eye-catching design. I fell in love just seeing it from the Fazwaz website. It looks classic and modern. The two-story villa comes with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 356 sq m., which is considered very spacious. The inside looks very airy because the ceiling is relatively high. And there are sliding doors in every room, making it airy as well. The furniture is well selected to match and look luxurious as well. Outside the house, there is a private pool with a romantic living area. There are stairs to walk up to the balcony and enjoy the mountain view. Besides, the project also has a fitness room, a receptionist, and a security guard. The location is not far from Bang Tao and Layan Beaches.
