The location of the project is perfect, close to Kajonkiet Pattana School. My daughter is studying here, it is less than a 5 minutes drive to the school. It helps me to save time for traveling well. It is also close to Chalong Temple, Big Buddha, Central Festival Phuket, and many famous restaurants. One thing is the traffic in the evening time; if it is not necessary, I normally avoid traveling during this time. The townhome we bought for the family has 3 floors; inside, there is a vast space with 3 bedrooms. It is a beautiful modern house even if there is no furniture, but it is worth purchasing. The atmosphere of the project is tranquil, and the road is wide, able to park the car without any congestion. The neighbors are lovely and not crowded. It's the right decision to choose this project.
