Then, turn left onto Phatthanakan Road for 260 meters and turn left to Soi Pattana 12. Go straight for 120 meters and turn left again to continue on Soi Pattana 12. Keep going for 130 meters; you will find the project on your right.

One of the most worthwhile accommodations ever.

I just checked out from the project yesterday, so I would like to review the place here. It is considered an excellent accommodation in terms of location. Conveniently located in the center of the city, food is easy to find, and pleasant atmosphere. Close to Phuket Chaloem Phrakiat Park for relaxation and famous department stores such as Central Floresta, Central Festival Phuket, and Chaofa Variety Market, and many others. The project’s common area and bedrooms are clean. The infinity pool is beautiful, and inviting to swim in. As for the room, I chose to stay in a 1-bedroom unit, the room size is large, not cramped, and fully furnished. Shame that the sofa is way too small and uncomfortable. Overall, it is suitable for the rental price. It is considered to be one of the most worthwhile accommodations ever.
