To get to the project by car, start from Chalong Five-Intersection (Golden Lotus Clock Tower) and head south on Wiset Road (Route 4024) for 2.3 kilometers. Make a U-turn and go straight for 700 meters and turn left onto Soi Suksan 2 for 450 meters. Then, turn left onto Soi King Suksan and go straight for 120 meters. Turn right into Soi King Suksan 4 for 170 meters; you will see the project on the left.

Good property, near Rawai Beach

The atmosphere is pleasant to live in. Quiet and close to Rawai Beach and Nai Harn Beach, about 10 minutes only. It is a small project with a small number of units, making neighbors limited. The house is private. The 2-bedroom townhouse comes with parking space and is secured by a high fence. Beautiful and modern design. There is a swimming pool, and a 24-hour security system, feel so safe!

Good location near Rawai beach within 10 minutes. The alley where the project is located is crowded with cars, which is noisy. We have been renting this 2-story fully-furnished house with 2 bedrooms. There are security guards to take care of us all the time, so we can have peace of mind.
