To get to the project by car, start from Rawai Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital and head south on Route 4024 for 650 meters. When you reach an intersection, turn right and continue for 1.2 kilometers until you reach T-junction (Rawai Subdistrict Municipality is on the left side), turn right and go straight for 400 meters. Turn right into Soi Taweesarn Anusorn for 100 meters; you will find the project on the left.

Great place to stay, close to Rawai beach!

My boyfriend and I lived here for 5 months and had a great time and a good experience. Nice condo in Rawai, not far from Rawai beach and Phromthep cape. We rented a scooter riding to other places in Phuket and found out it is not far from the town and Patong beach. The room is quite spacious, fully equipped, and has completed facilities such as a swimming pool, parking lots, fitness center, etc., which are very well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great place to stay also for families with small kids.

I like this condo. It’s new and well-decorated. My room is a 1-bedroom unit at 69 sq.m. with fine furniture. The staff is always accommodating. From the project, it takes about 10 mins to Rawai. Even if it’s within walking distance, I recommend renting a bike for better convenience, as the road is quite steep. You must be exhausted.
