To get to the project by car, start from the Victory Monument (Thao Thepkasattri-Thao Si Sunthon Roundabout) and head south on Thepkasattri Road (Route 402) for 2.7 kilometers. Make a U-turn and continue for 80 kilometers and turn left onto Soi Koh Kaew 23. Continue for 1.4 kilometers, and you will find the project on the left.

It is a quiet village. The house has a beautiful and modern design. There are 2 floors with 3 bedrooms as described in the advertisement picture. I am impressed with the project facilities as there is a strict security system, a clubhouse, swimming pool, and fitness center for residents. Also, there is a spacious park. Most of the neighbors here are foreigners. The location is excellent in the middle of the island and close to the bypass road, easy to travel into town or go to the Thalang area. It’s also next to the BIS school. In this neighborhood, food is easy to find. Most of them are Islamic food because it is a place where the Muslims live a lot.

The village is nice and tidy with tree shades. There is a clubhouse, a swimming pool, and a modern fitness center. The security team is always on guard very well. The neighbors are lovely - both Thai and foreigners. My house has 3 bedrooms and a yard around the house, not crowded. Pets are allowed as well. Excellent and quiet location, close to the British International School. You can go to Patong using a shortcut, very convenient!
