It is a new project located on the main road near Karon Beach. The entrance is not difficult to find. I think it's worth investing here because there will be many tourists and investors after the situation returns to normal. It is a low-rise condo with 8 floors height, but excellent quality. There is a rooftop swimming pool and a point for the villagers to sit and enjoy the beautiful view. The project will be completed soon, so be sure to reserve it !!

The project location is excellent and close to 3 beaches on Phuket island. It is a good condo with a very modern design. Now, it is still under construction and expected to be completed in 2021. Based on a picture of the structure, it is good looking and quality. A variety of amenities surrounds the condo. Therefore, it is quite matching my needs, and with an abundance of condo locations surrounded by various trees around, it is quite refreshing. Moreover, the project is located in a potential community in the Karon area and not far from civilization. It can also be connected to all routes, convenient walking, nearby condominiums, restaurants, and convenience stores. I've already reserved 1 room!

The condo is suitable for long term investment, for renting out to foreigners because there are plenty of foreigners living, working, and traveling around the Karon area. Plus, the project also has a guaranteed return of 7%, which is interesting. The common areas include a rooftop, parking space, and onsite restaurant. My studio room at 36 sq.m is fully furnished with quality furniture, so liveable! I don't think investing in this place will disappoint you!

One of the interesting condos in the Karon area, a famous attraction of Phuket, attracts tourists worldwide, so there are many restaurants, shops, and massage parlors. Living in this area is quite convenient. For me, I bought the room for rental business and speculative sales in the future because the location is considered a prime area. To my knowledge, this is a high-quality condo with a wide unit area, well decorated with a full set of furniture. It's ready to move in. The project has a swimming pool and a gym, really convenient! It's easy to travel too. For those who own a car, you can drive into the town within 30 minutes, or you can take a public bus. I would recommend it here for both living and investing purposes.
