Direction to the Project
To get to the project by car, you can start from Chalong Circle Clock Tower, heading west onto Route 4028 towards Soi Mae Amphan for about 5.2 kilometers. Turn right onto Patak Soi 10 for about 450 meters and go straight on Patak Soi 14 for about 550 meters. Then turn left onto Suan Wat Road for about 270 meters and continue straight on Patak Soi 12 for about 120 meters. Turn right again for another 70 meters, and you will see Sea And Sky on the left-hand side.

For me, this place is not bad. The condo has two swimming pools for children and adults. You can also enjoy a beautiful view on the rooftop. It's close to Makro where you can get everything there. If you want to Karon Beach, it's just 5 minutes by car. The staff here is very good service. Unfortunately, it is a bit difficult to find a condo.
Sea view condo, feel comfortable when staying here.

This condo provides a great atmosphere with a fantastic sea view from the terrace and rooftop pool! It is an ideal condo for a real vacation. Everything is very good, and the environment is quality. Also, the neighbors are cute, and the staff is friendly and smiling. The room decor is beautiful and tidy. This condo is convenient, safe, close to the community, and tourist attractions such as Kata Beach and Karon Beach. It takes only a few minute’s travel if you want to visit Phuket Town.

I have been staying here for 3 months now, and I think I won't move because I am impressed by many things. The project is located near Karon Beach, not so crowded and quiet. The project location is also near Makro and only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Moreover, the balcony's scenery is beautiful, offering a 180-degree sea view, and the staff serves excellent services. There is a rooftop swimming pool. The atmosphere is super good, and I give 8.0 out of 10, deducted furniture points because it is a little old, but the quality is fair !!

This condo is located on the hill. The access road is a little steep and a bit narrow. The first step reaching the condo is a beautiful atmosphere, and the price is also reasonable. The building construction is strong and safe. There will be a rooftop pool and many sunbeds for sunbathing time with 360-degree overlooking sea and sky views on the rooftop. The room is fully furnished, clean, and cozy. The receptionists are also serving excellent services and helping us with everything. Unfortunately, there is no breakfast service, and I have to go outside to buy some breakfast and every other meal. However, luckily, it is located close to restaurants and convenience stores, making our lives easier and more comfortable. More importantly, I can get precious experiences during this trip. Enjoyable!

I bought a room here last month; I made the right decision about it. Great location, close to Karon beach, market, Makro, and Tesco Lotus Express. It's very easy to find food. There are many restaurants in this neighborhood. I bought a spacious 1-bedroom type on the 4th floor. Well decorated, excellent furniture, with a breathtaking sea view. Near Karon Beach, which is wonderful. Good value for money is a plus!
