- To get to the project by car, you can start from Karon Beach by heading north along Karon Road (Route 4030) with a distance of about 1.9 kilometers. Then, take Exit 1 at the roundabout and continue driving on route 4030 for about 600 meters. Afterward, turn right onto Soi Patak 24 and continue driving further for 170 meters. Turn right to drive along the route for only 59 meters, and you will find the project on the left.

The perfect condo

My wife and I shorty stayed here and loved the staff's service so much as the first arrival, and there was a receptionist warmly welcoming us (I can't remember her name) and took us to visit the project site, as well as recommend us insightful attractions, famous restaurants, and took us to our 1 bedroom. Our room was so big that we expected due to it's airy and well-ventilated. It was also fully furnished and functional. Only the bathroom was a problem because the water slowly flew. The swimming pool and gym are not that big, but clean and nice. The setting is close to Karon Beach and many seafood restaurants. I'm sure I will come back here again.

The residence is truly relaxing and helps you recharge your energy. The atmosphere is quiet, private, and not crowded with people. The trees are shady. In an atmosphere that is very quiet and private. Not crowded by people. A shady tree. The villa has 2 bedrooms. My family and I have lived here for almost 5 months. Everything is very convenient for our family. There is both a swimming pool, fitness center, and parking. The security guard is helpful. Traveling to Karon Beach takes only 5 minutes away.
