Very cool place!

It's a cool place with a modern townhouse design, and we're not sure whether we should call it a townhouse or a villa. However, this is my family favorite. It has three floors, three bedrooms, a pool, and a private car park. The project location is in the Chalong area, near Chalong Intersection. It is a pleasant neighborhood and easy to find food. There are various excellent restaurants. It is also near popular tourist attractions. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed by the landlord. I’m sure our Poppy will love it too. The most important thing is that the rental price is reasonable. Perfect!
Beautiful modern house

The house is quiet and beautiful, able to reach tourist attractions in Phuket conveniently, such as Kata Beach, Big Buddha, and Central Festival, about 15 minutes from the house and many other attractions. The room is designed in a modern style and provides all premium and delicate furniture. Warm atmosphere as it's surrounded by beautiful nature and pleasant to relax under the tranquil environment, providing high privacy! Perfect for living with family as the area is spacious, accommodating many people.

From the outside, the building looks cramped. Actually, the house is much wider than expected. The design is modern and beautiful. There are 3 bedrooms with a pool and parking, suitable for modern families. However, it's not for the elderly as the bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors, quite difficult to go up and down. The location is good, near Kata Beach. Just a short drive in 6 kilometers. The neighborhood is also full of many restaurants and shops. The project's location is very convenient.

I have been here for about one month now, and I’m very satisfied with this place. The house I bought is a three-bedroom, four-bathroom house that is suitable for my family members. The design is also stylish and modern with the perfect layout. There is a private swimming pool. I also like the location as it is in a residential area with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It is also not in the famous touristy area of Phuket, so it isn’t a crowd. I think it’s suitable for a long-term stay.
